October 2019 | 1 Month Mission

Let’s take on October 2019 with an epic 1 Month Mission!!! 

Local-to-LA 1 Month Mission camp comprises: 8 team bootcamp workouts, 4 weeks of fresh lean Klean food delivery, plus 13-14 cardio/cycling classes, 3-4 rest days, 1 double, & 1 team spin ride.

Start Dates:

Meal delivery begins (and potential rest day OR spin class): Monday, October 7th

Bootcamp starts: Tuesday, October 8th

2 bootcamps per week for 4 weeks

FIRST WEEK (Days & Times)

Tuesday         *Oct. 8th – Team 6:00 a.m.–8:30 a.m (early start time assignments)

Thursday        Oct. 10th – Team 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m.

SECOND WEEK (Days & Times)

Tuesday          Oct. 15th – Team 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m. 

Thursday        Oct. 17th – Team 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m.

*Saturday       Oct. 19th – Mandatory Team LIFT x RIDE class at THE WALL – 10:30 a.m.

THIRD WEEK (Days & Times)

Tuesday         Oct. 22nd – Team 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m 

Thursday        Oct. 24th – Team 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m.

FOURTH WEEK (Days & Times)

Tuesday         Oct. 29th – Team 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m 

Thursday       *Oct. 31st – Team 7:15 a.m.–8:30 a.m.

                          10:00 a.m. Mandatory Team Spin Ride at THE WALL

THE WALL, 730 S. La Brea Ave. FREE 90-minute parking in the garage off 8th!

What & Why:

8 bootcamp-style workouts designed to lean you out and lose those extra pesky 5-10 lbs. The bootcamps are athletic-inspired focusing on your ass, abs, legs, and arms. High energy, high cardio . . .  HEART, HUSTLE, HEALTH!

Motivation:

Daily attention and coaching at camp and outside of camp. Daily e-mail motivation and follow-up directly from me. A consistent team of determined people working along side you to get the most out of these 4 weeks. A strong team accelerates everything.

Healthy Eating:

Along with the a**-kicking workouts, all participants are to participate in the Klean food delivery service. Hard work without a healthy diet is a waste of time. Let’s make the most of these 4 weeks by working you from the inside out. But Lacey, “Food delivery service is too pricey.” My response: “I want you to focus on your health and happiness for an entire month. A healthy, happy, sexy body is priceless . . . . If you don’t invest in it now, you’ll have to pay for it later. You have one body to live in so it’s in your best interest to love it with everything you have. Take these next 4 weeks and splurge on you.”

No Alcohol: 

For 25 days, we are not drinking.

For BEST results it’s mandatory that you commit to the Klean food program. We are going to give you $50 off or 10% off any package you choose.
