I was thrilled to lead the LA launch of The Newest Fitness Phenomenon Link Together, Lead Together. The movement is a workout designed for instructors to collaborate and connect—not compete. This was the speech I gave to launch the event with my buddies and creators of the movement Patricia Moreno & Natalia Mehlman Petrzela. The event was hosted by the beautifully branded and very giving leggings and activewear company, Terez.
