2 Weeks, 6 Workouts, 1 Hour Each GET IT!!!

Guys, this is my last bootcamp of 2016! We have two slots and limited spots, read the details below and email me asap to get your spot on the squad.

Camp Includes: 6 Team Bootcamp workouts, 2 Weeks Food Delivery from Kleanla, & 7 Indoor Cycling classes at either of our Flywheel locations. 

START DATE: Monday November 28th  – Meal Delivery Begins

TEAM BOOTCAMP START DATE:  Tuesday November 29th

TEAM DAYS: 3X per week for 2 Weeks (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)

BOOTCAMP SCHEDULE & TIMES:

Two Tuesdays, November 29th & December 6th  

Two Thursdays, December 1st & December 8th

Two Saturdays December 3rd  & December 10th

TWO TIME SLOT OPTIONS:

1.Tuesday & Thursday: 715am-815am

2.Tuesday & Thursday: 930am – 1030am

AND

***Both Teams Together on Saturdays: 1230 -130pm

FLYWHEEL RIDES

Take 7 classes at Flywheel over the 2 week camp in whatever time slot works best for you schedule.

LAST SATURDAY: Saturday December 10th is a Mandatory: 930am Team Ride w/ me at Flywheel Larchmont followed by our final team bootcamp at 1230pm. DOUBLE TROUBLE!

WHAT & WHY:

6 Bootcamp Style Workouts designed to lean you out and lose those extra pesky 5-10lbs. The Bootcamps are athletic inspired focusing on your Ass, Abs, Legs, & Arms,  High Energy, High Cardio… BIG RESULTS!

MOTIVATION:

24/7 attention, at camp and outside of camp. Bi-Weekly email motivation and follow-up directly from me. A consistent Team of determined people working along side you to get the most out of these 2 weeks.  A Strong Team accelerates everything… I’ve seen extreme results with my motivational coaching method.

CLEAN EATING:

Along with the A** Kicking workouts all participants must participate in the KleanLA food delivery service. Hard work without a healthy diet is a waste of time. Lets make the most of these 2 weeks by working you from the inside out. 

No Drinking Alcohol: For 14 days we are not drinking.

1. BOOTCAMP COST: 6 One Hour Team Tailored workouts $650

2. FOOD COST: 2 Weeks of Results Tailored Nutrition from my friends at KleanLA

Through Team Lacey you get a special offer of $50 off the 6, 24 or 30 day package. For REBOOT the total cost for Klean is $548.

3. FLYWHEEL COST: For monthly members standard rates apply. If you’re new to fly you can purchase your first a pack of rides here. 

TOTAL COST: $650 (Team Camp) + $548 (You gotta Eat) + Fly (Depending on membership) = $1,198
