The Workout

BOOTYCamp! is a 4-Week Outdoor Workout designed to take your fitness to the next level. If you're looking to spark your motivation or change up your routine BOOTYCamp! is the answer. Everything that gets you the body you deserve; Think running, sit-ups, and push-ups. Lacey took all the different elements from her cult like group fitness classes and mixed them with a lifetime of Team Sports and athletics to create a camp like no other.

Camp includes 24/7 attention from Lacey or your months BOOTYCamp! Coach via email and text. As a camper you'll receive bi-weekly motivational emails to keep you on track as well as BC notebook. Every month of BOOTYCamp! is an opportunity to improve your fitness, your diet, and your life.
*May Camps include a weekend 1 hour Lacey Wellness Seminar, covering Motivation, Cardio, Weight-Training, Diet, and more.

Sign up for Lacey's Camp in MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, or SEPTEMBER.
Camp runs two days/week for 1 hour. Choose the M/W Camp or the T/TR Camp. Spots are limited.
