<td>Last month, when I was unpacking I found a book I’d read about 10 years ago called, The Spontaneous Fulfillment of Desire by Deepak ChopraWhen I opened the book it was like reconnecting with an old friend. I had taken lots of notes in the margins and highlighted many of my favorite passages. Without me consciously knowing it, this book had made a major impact on my life.</p>
<p>However, with the passage of time the lessons I’d learned had become a little fuzzy and I believe it’s no coincidence that this particular book fell into my lap again at this point in my life.</p>
<p>Lessons from Mr. Chopra in my own Words; There’s one very important question we all need to ask ourselves whenever we are looking to make big decisions/changes in our lives be it to lose weight, switch jobs, or get married. We almost always ask the questions HOW we are going to do it and WHAT are we going to do to make it happen, right? “How” and “What” are great questions to ask but there’s a third that I feel makes all the difference in the world.</p>
<p>WHY? Why do you want to lose weight? Why do you want change jobs? Why on earth would you ever want to move to LA from NY Lacey? ☺ Because, when you’re truly connected to the reason why you can make anything happen and nothing disturbs your focus. “How” to do it and “What” to do are action oriented questions. These two questions are robotic and often leave you feeling empty even when you accomplish the goals you set out to accomplish.</p>
<p>WHY? When you’re connected to the reason why you want to achieve a goal you’re able to be truly present in your every day life. The answer to WHY needs to be different for every body because we are all different people with different lives and different stories. That’s why no one can tell you HOW or WHAT to do until you are truly connected to WHY you want to do it. Does this make sense? The answer to Your Why will give you the motivation and focus to CRUSH your goals and never give up. When you’re in touch with WHY you’re doing something miracles happen and you’ll Spontaneously Full-Fill your deepest desires.</p>
<p>Why isn’t about being successful it’s about being happy in your success… Thank you Deepak for reminding me of that.</td>

<p>No EXCUSES! I Show you an actual workout I use when I&#8217;m short on time. Work your Legs, Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps, in Abs in ONLY 15mins. Train with Me and get the body you deserve.</p>
<p>THE 15mins WORKOUT.</p>
<p>1st Round – Repeat each exercise 3X, no rest</p>
<p>Chest – 12 reps<br />
Back – Seated Cable Row 12 reps<br />
Shoulders – Squat -Double Shoulder Press – 12reps<br />
*Back &amp; opposite Movement of the shoulder Press<br />
Repeat 2 more times</p>
<p>1 Round took only 2 mins!!!! 6mins Total<br />
*When you keep moving it gets your heart rate which is great for weight-loss!!!</p>
<p>2nd Round – Repeat each exercise 3X, no rest</p>
<p>Legs – DB Squats 12 reps<br />
Biceps – DB Bicep Curls 12 reps<br />
Triceps – Dips 12reps<br />
ABS – Bicycle 100s<br />
2 Round took 3mins!!! 9mins<br />
Repeat 2 more times</p>
<p>15mins WORKOUT TOTAL.</p>
