    It is soooo gooodd. This really helps. I am really having so much “Fun” with you “doing” The Gym . I am still in the patience. Persistence “stage”. “= Excellence” will come in the Gym Episode number “?????” (hehehe). I love music and one of my favorite is Kelly Clarkson (by the way, I got to know about her from you!!) and ADELE (fantastic)… I agree that music makes the people come together people.
